Control Panel 2.10 Launch

Control Panel 2.10 was just released, with a focus on bug fixes. Updates apply to the Asset Manager and Popular File Reporting.
The changelog is as follows:

BUG FIXES

• ASSET MANAGER
  Fixed an issue where files in VOD FTP folders, which had non UTF-8 characters, disabled the asset manager resulting in a grey background hang.

• POPULAR FILES REPORTING
  Addressed an issue with the popular file reporting purge button, which when previously clicked did not carry out the action. This is now working as intended.
